| GEL-PAK's patented Large Format VR Series provides a variety of VR plate sizes for shipping and handling wafers from 3” to 12”. The surface of the VR tray features a proprietary membrane that holds the device in place. The wafer is released "on demand" by drawing a vacuum under the tray. The hold/release mechanism is reversible and the tray is reusable. |
