Dummy packages contain no die. Therefore, where
only mechanical characteristics are required - they
represent a cost effective solution. Ideal for testing,
evaluation, machine set up and employee training.
The dummy package can also be "Opened"
through the Quik-Pak patented technology to receive
a NEW die. This is ideal for Prototyping of new
